Required Minimum Education: ACAGNP or PA Certification

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

• Cert Nurse Practitioner
• Physician Assistant

Additional License(s) and Certification(s): GA license

Required Minimum Experience: Critical Care APP experience or previous ICU/Critical Care RN experience
