When you start your residency with one of Georgia’s most integrated health systems, you can expect:
- A 12-month program with multiple cohorts starting throughout the year
- Structured educational experiences designed for the first-year nurse
- Clinical guidance from experienced unit-based preceptors
- Evidence-based study guided by Wellstar subject matter and nurse residency experts
- A program that aligns with the Wellstar Nursing Professional Practice Model Philosophy
- A supportive community, including a cohort of nurses who work in your hospital and share experiences and best practices
