You know that nursing is a calling – one that requires grit and stamina. It’s a career for the kindhearted – not fainthearted. It demands you remain flexible, think critically, stay positive, learn constantly, and keep yourself engrained in each moment. You are always striving to be the kind of nurse you’d want on your own team. That’s what makes you the kind of nurse we’d be proud to have on ours.

We do more than train exceptional nurses. We understand that a healthy caregiver provides better patient outcomes. Your health – mental and physical – is critical for your own success. We’re excited to announce our Nurse Residency Program has earned accreditation as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation. Wellstar is the 5th PTAP-accredited residency program in Georgia!
