Additionally, our teams work closely with the Comprehensive Care Clinics and Wound Treatment Centers. To stay abreast of the ever-evolving industry, our team receives ongoing education on disease process and medication management, in-home infusion care and nutrition therapy.

Wellstar Hospice Careers
Hospice at Wellstar provides an array of home-based services for patients of all ages with acute rehabilitation or acute palliative needs. Our goal is to manage terminal illness effectively and help our patients face the end of life with dignity and comfort.

Working closely with Wellstar Palliative Medicine, our teams develop comprehensive plans of care to improve the quality of life for our terminally ill patients' lives – while incorporating their preferences for the healthcare we provide. In addition to home-based hospice, we also have inpatient hospice units to provide acute symptom management with the goal of returning the patient to the comfort of their homes. Hospice provides a unique opportunity to work as part of an interdisciplinary team driven by patient choice.
