Wellstar's Homecare Services and Hospice Careers

Wellstar’s Homecare Services and Hospice teams work with patients, their families and their physicians to provide the best possible care in the comfort and familiar surroundings of patients’ homes. Our wide range of home health services allows caregivers to provide patients with a more convenient and effective method of care – comparable to a hospital or nursing facility. Additionally, our teams work closely with the Comprehensive Care Clinics and Wound Treatment Centers. To stay abreast of the ever-evolving industry, our team receives ongoing education on disease process and medication management, in-home infusion care and nutrition therapy.

Here are just some of the reasons to choose a career with Wellstar Homecare Services and Hospice.

  • Better Patient Care

As a not-for-profit agency, we're able to provide a higher level of care within reasonable expectations.

  • Team-Centered

We use a team-centered approach in our performance improvement and transformation initiatives.

  • Close to Home

Whenever possible, we keep our caregivers close to home, to reduce the travel time between patients.

  • Your Voice is Heard

We listen to our team members, so we can reflect on who we are and where we're going.

  • Safety First

Dedicated to building a trusting work environment between our leadership team and our staff, we put safety first - for both the clinician and patient.

  • Technology

Our technology provides us the opportunity to access the medical history of our patients, providing the necessary insight to provide world-class healthcare, to every person, every time.
