What We’re Looking For:

Required Education:

• RN Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.
• BSN preferred.

Required Licensure & Certification:

• Current RN (Single State) or RN Multi-State Compact license required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provide) required.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred.
• National Certification in your specialty — Preferred

Experience:

• 2+ years of recent experience in your specialty area required.
• Computer/data entry experience required.
• Epic and 3M experience a plus.

Skills:

• Effective communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and Excel/Word.
