• Deliver firsthand, goal-driven care that transforms lives.

• Partner with physicians and families to create and refine smart, effective care plans.
• Lead discharge planning that aligns with what matters most to the patient.

📝 Keep it Clear & Connected

• Document treatment plans and progress with precision and care.
• Make sure patients, families, and teammates are always informed and supported.

🤝 Be the Go-To Leader

• Support and guide fellow therapists, new team members, and clinical staff.
• Create a space where teamwork, respect, and excellence thrive.

💡 Deliver WOW-Level Service

• Use AIDET principles to create a warm, respectful patient experience.

• Stay current with certifications and development opportunities.

🎓 What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in occupational therapy required.

• Occupational Therapist License required.

• BLS Certification from AHA required.

• 3+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist required.
