What You'll Do:
Exemplary Practice and Outcomes

  • Apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
  • Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that reflects cultural diversity and population-specific needs.
  • Partner with patients and their significant others, ensuring effective communication and alignment with their care goals.
  • Practice using the latest clinical standards to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Required).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school (Preferred).

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single State or Multi-state Compact) required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from AHA required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required.
  • National Certification in area of specialty (Preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of current experience in specified practice area required.
  • Experience with computer data entry (Required).
  • Experience with Epic and 3M systems (Preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to function effectively in fast-paced environments and manage emergencies with confidence.
  • Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making skills.
