Job Summary:

Maintain the highest levels of customer service, supporting world class health care goals at Wellstar. Operate mail, copy and fax equipment. Pick up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Pick up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers. * Demonstrate ability to prepare correspondence, file, copy, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting and delivering mail and other administrative tasks. * Ability to lift bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper. * Handle priorty/time-sensitive and confidential packages and letters. * Maintain all necessary logs and reporting documentation. Operate mail, copy and fax equipment. * Demonstrate ability to operate mail machines, metering outgoing mail. * Maintain copier equipment. * Demonstrate ability to operate fax equipment. * Consistently adhere to business, postal service and safety procedure guidelines in operating all equipment. * Demonstrate ability to update employee lists in software, order supplies as needed. Maintain the highest levels of customer service, supporting world class health care goals at Wellstar. * Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment. * Respond to customer requests in a timely and courteous manner. * Maintain professional appearance. * Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

Required Minimum Education:

    Required Minimum Experience:

    Minimum 1 year customer service related experience. Required

    Required Minimum Skills:

    Keyboard and windows environment PC skills. Maintain professional appearance. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Compency in performing multiple functional tasks. Ability to adhere to attendance policy and ensure reliable transportation to work. Ability to cross-train for other job functions. Ability to go to any facility as a last minute request. Ability to travel between multiple facilities on the same day Ability to cover one facility for an extended period of time for vacation of leaves.
