Overview

The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Critical Care – Douglasville, GA is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. It is expected that all RN Clinical Nurses – are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association.

Job Details

Facility: Douglas Hospital

Wellstar Medical Group has a full-time opening with our critical care group, primarily based in Douglasville, GA. This APP position requires an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The APP will work with our critical care team at Douglas Hospital, Cobb Hospital, Kennestone Hospital, and Paulding Hospital.

The schedule is 7 days on (4p-2a) followed by 7 days off.

Georgia licensed APP. ACNP or PA Experience in critical care preferred.
