Job Summary:

Driver for the WMCG Mobile Mammography unit. Responsible for driving the unit from campus to
destinations and back to campus. This role will also perform clerical and registration tasks and be responsible
for delivering high customer service to ensure patient satisfaction is achieved.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Drive mammogram vehicle to and from events and destinations; this includes planning for route design and
coordination with sites for parking, setup and breakdown of unit.
Set up mammogram unit daily in coordination with other staff including set up of privacy tents, waiting
room space and configuration, clinic supplies, and inventory management.
Will perform clerical duties including patient registration (i.e., Patient Name, DOB, referring physician,
insurance, address), call backs for appointments, greeting patients upon arrival to vehicle, and coordination
with designated site personnel.
Ensure mammogram vehicle is fully stocked for each clinic day, ensure the mammogram vehicle is fueled up
before each clinic, and coordinate routine and urgent/unanticipated maintenance/service needs with AU
Health Facilities Management.
Follow quality infection and safety processes while stocking vehicle, prepping vehicle for upcoming clinic
and patient exams.
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

Required Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma General or GED General

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

• CDL - Commercial Driver's License or VSDL - Valid State Driver's License

Additional License(s) and Certification(s):

Must have safe driving record Upon Hire Required

Required Minimum Experience:

Minimum 1 year driving vehicles with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with
commercial/business experience Required and

Required Minimum Skills:

Bilingual preferred
