Job Summary:
DataOps Engineer will build and support the data teams so that they can produce data and analytics that are rapid, responsive, continuously deployed and quality controlled. Provide proactive and highest level of support for systems and infrastructure and ensure their availability, stability, scalability, and performance. Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and be innovative while working in an agile and collaborative team-oriented environment.Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Responsible for partnering with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, ML Engineers and Data Scientists to understand requirements and design solutions so they can produce insights rapidly with the fewest possible errors. Develop highly engineered and automated processes and workflows. Implement data quality and integrity checks to proactively identify and fix data issues. Automate and orchestrate all aspects of the data analytics pipeline. Execute automate testing at every stage of a pipeline to increase productivity while reducing errors Design end to end analytical workflows, including overall architecture, capabilities, platforms, tools, and governing processes Apply data security standards Influence changes in systems and processes to generate data that is accurate, useful, and consistent Serve as a resource for data users in the organization driving awareness of available data. Collaborate across complex sets of people, technology and environments. Establish & maintain relationships with enterprise teams to ensure seamless experience. Constantly seek ways to reduce waste and improve data flow. Implement, operate and optimize pipelines for effective delivery of cloud resources and software Maintain an ongoing awareness of emerging developments and trends in technology that could impact current projects and influence new projects Lead the way to an automated, reliable, secure, scalable and cost-effective cloud Implementation of proactive monitoring, alerting, trend analysis and self-healing systems Participate in incident resolution processes driving restoration and repair of service-impacting issues Solve problems relating to mission-critical services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence; with the goal of automating response to all non-exceptional service conditions Writing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) Adopt new solutions that adhere to DataOps best practices Providing direction and guidance to less-experienced systems engineers. Identify and drive opportunities to improve operational workflows Participate in technical deliverables of data applications through the data development life cycle, including validating the completeness of estimates, quality, and accuracy of technical designs, build, and implementation. Work closely with stakeholders to design and document data solutions that align with the business needs and are consistent with the architectural vision. Support your Agile Scrum team with planning, scoping, and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities through continuous delivery to production. Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems or an equivalent technical field. RequiredRequired Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years Hands-on experience in building ETL/ELT solutions, preferably using Microsoft Technologies Required and Minimum 5 years Experience developing and operating automation, monitoring and management solutions Preferred Minimum 3 years Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Azure Cloud Data Platform technologies such as ADF, Azure functions, Data flows Required Minimum 1 year Knowledge of PowerShell scripting to automate daily routine tasks Preferred Minimum 1 year Working knowledge of source version control tool such as GitHub and build/release tools & methodologies Preferred Minimum 1 year Familiarity with Linux and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) Preferred Minimum 1 year Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Preferred Minimum 1 year Experience working on Agile delivery framework including scrum or kanban Preferred Minimum 1 year Experience with software build process Preferred Minimum 1 year Background in healthcare data PreferredRequired Minimum Skills:
Strong desire to design and implement modern advanced data solutions and modern data warehousing solutions. High A hunger to continually improve by constantly evolving and adapting your skills.
