Honoring Every Voice

At Wellstar, we believe belonging is built through shared action and collective voice. Our 10 system‑wide Business Resource Groups and 11 location‑based Inclusion Councils are spaces where team members come together to surface ideas, collaborate, and help advance belonging in service to our patients and to one another. All team members are welcome to join any group that resonates with them, whether as a member, an ally, or a learner.
