Catalyst by Wellstar is a high performing fast paced innovation organization on a mission to design the future of healthcare. The Sr Voice Research Analyst must be able to connect the dots from multiple data sources to tell the broader story of what is important to consumers and patients. This position will be the voice of the consumer, responsible for gathering and incorporating consumer-centric insights across all Catalyst by Wellstar innovation initiatives. He/she will be expected to leverage best practices and willing to think out-side the box to uncover holistic insights to inform strategies and drivers of in-market performance.

  • Is a key internal voice of our consumers and patients
  • Aware of trends within healthcare and wellness among our patients, consumers and competitors
  • Becomes knowledgeable of internal survey process, requirements and insights
  • Aware of new and agile research services and methodologies
  • Assesses business questions and need for primary or secondary research ensuring investments would lead to business actions.
  • Designs and executes research, enlisting external vendor support where appropriate.
  • Able to program surveys in DIY survey platforms (ie Suzy, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)
  • Is a master story-teller; expert at collecting data (internal, syndicated, custom), perform analyses, summarizing and communicating the results to drive business change, innovation and action.
  • This position does not oversee any direct reports.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Business or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Business Administration or related field preferred

Required Minimum Certification:

  • N/A

Required Minimum Experience:

  • 3-5 years marketing research and analytical experience in a marketing research department or at a research vendor. Healthcare or CPG industry background preferred.

Required Minimum Skills:

  • Knowledge of common statistical and data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Must possess strong communication and presentation skills to present and communicate with team members at various organization levels.
