• Be a Customer Experience Pro: Handle scheduling, questions, concerns, and service recovery like a rock star.

• Get in the Mix: Jump into daily front office tasks—phones, check-ins, insurance verifications—you will know it all and lead by example.

• Stay on Top of the Details: Monitor workflows, ensure compliance, audit accuracy, and keep the wheels turning.

• Collaborate & Elevate: Work closely with the Clinic Supervisor to hit goals, improve systems, and keep the energy high.

• Crunch the Right Numbers: Support reporting, billing coordination, and help keep us organized and efficient.

• Experience: 3+ years in a healthcare or medical office where accuracy and kindness matter.

• Tech-Savvy: EPIC, Kronos, phones, printers — if it’s on the desk, you know how to use it.

• People Skills: Whether it’s a patient, provider, or teammate—you communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently.
