Director, Human Resources Business Partner Operations

The Director, Human Resources Business Partner Operations (HRBP) will support the system wide strategic and operational implementation within the HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HRBP frameworks. This leadership role will involve optimizing HR processes, driving efficiency through technology and innovation, and supporting the evolution of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) model to enhance and ensure business alignment with our HR delivery model by working in partnership with our BHR team and COEs. This role will also have a client group and serve as HRBP for key area.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions
1. Strategic HR Operations Leadership
• Support the design, implementation, and management of core HR operations processes and
systems in alignment with COE best practices.
• Establish operational excellence, ensuring that HR processes are scalable, efficient, and
compliant with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
• Identify and support the implementation of HR technologies to enhance automation, data
analytics, and decision-making needed by BHR to meet client needs and we can use data to
drive operational changes and our focus.
2. HRBP Model continued Optimization
• Support and implement the aligned vision and evolution of the HRBP model, ensuring
seamless integration with COE services and shared service centers.
• Partner with SVP and VPs of HR to redefine HRBP roles, competencies, and responsibilities to
align with business needs.
• Act as a strategic advisor to HRBPs, providing tools, frameworks, and insights to drive valueadded
HR interventions across the organization.
3. Collaboration with COEs and Shared Services
• Partner with COEs to support and optimize our deliver of HR services programs
• Align shared services delivery with business needs, ensuring a unified approach to HR
operations and strategy system wide.
• Serve as a liaison between the COE, HRBP teams, and the broader HR organization to ensure
alignment, consistency and operational efficiencies and our SOPs and SLAs are achieved.
4. Change Management
• Lead HR operations transformation projects to streamline processes and enhance delivery
models to ensure consistent and effective delivery of services across the system.
• Develop and execute a change management strategy to support the adoption of new
processes, tools, and structures across HR teams and the organization.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in HR operations.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR operations and HRBP
contributions.
• Leverage workforce analytics to drive strategic decisions, forecast HR needs, and improve
operational outcomes.
• Regularly review and report on HR performance and progress and opportunities to key
stakeholders.
6. Team Leadership and Development
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across the HR organization.
Required Minimum Education
Bachelors Business Administration/Management Required
Masters Business Administration/Management Preferred or Bachelors Human Resources Management Required
Required Minimum Experience
Minimum 7 years Progressive HR leadership experience required
Proven expertise in HR operations, HRBP models, and COE frameworks required
Experience in leading HR transformation or process improvement initiatives required
Required Minimum Skills
KSAs Proficiency
Proficiency in HR technology platforms (e.g Workday)
Strong reporting, analytical and project management skills
Exceptions communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities. This role can have supervisory responsibility for BHR staff and/or contractors
Expertise in operational efficiency and process improvement
Deep understanding of the HRBP operating model and its integration with COEs
Ability to navigate and lead organizational change in complex, matrixed environments
Collaborative leadership and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams
