Overview

The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant- Hospital Medicine- North Fulton Hospital- Nights is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. It is expected that all RN Clinical Nurses – are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Qualifications
    ACAGNP Certification or PA Certification
  • 1 year clinical IP experience preferred

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Wellstar Medical Group is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospital Medicine practice at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital.  This is a full-time position working nights. (Schedule is 7on/7off 5p-3a)   

Certified Acute Care NP or PA.

1-3 years of NP/PA experience is preferred. 

Required Minimum Education: ACAGNP or PA certification

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):


Physician Asst 1.00 Required

Additional Licenses and Certifications:

Required Minimum Experience: 1 year
